We can identify and resolve development problems, to help maintain momentum for schemes being progressed through planning.
We can help to ‘unlock’ delayed or stalled schemes, once construction has commenced.

Development and viability support to the Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Teignbridge District Council, to help secure HIF (Housing Investment Fund) infrastructure funding for a major strategic land parcel in Dawlish.
A commission from the Guinness Trust Housing Association, in conjunction with the Duchy of Cornwall, to consider the affordability of home ownership options and the potential for innovative new approaches for the Poundbury development.
Development support to Cornerstone Housing in relation to development proposals for a large strategic site in Exeter.
